Substation projects can range from replacing of single component such as circuit breaker or disconnector up to large scale projects such as constructing complete 400kV substation from the scratch. Each project is a story for itself, but regardless of the size, they all follow the same structured process from concept to realization.

As outlined by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a stakeholder is anyone, whether an individual, group, or organization, who can affect on, be affected by, or perceive themselves as being affected by the project.
